Organ donation & transplant resources
The United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) is a nonprofit organization that for more than 40 years has helped manage the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) under contract with the federal government.
A unique public-private partnership, the OPTN links all professionals involved in the U.S. donation and transplantation system. The OPTN website offers a wide range of information and resources on organ donation and transplant for professionals, patients and the general public.
